After a series of test matches against Pakistan, New Zealand played a series of three ODIs against Pakistan. It was undoubtedly an exciting series for all spectators and viewers as nobody could guess what was going to happen. The 1st ODI had been claimed by Pakistan while the 2nd ODI had been claimed by New Zealand. Therefore, all eyes were on the 3rd and final ODI of the series between the two teams. There is no doubt that throughout the match, viewers could not help but stay on the edges of their seats.

Things were looking rather shaky for the team when Glenn Philipps appeared and changed the momentum of the game completely. He scored 63 runs for only 42 balls and was supported by Mitchell Santer. As they scored, Pakistani ballers attempted to somehow break the partnership. Even though Mitchell was bowled by Muhammad Nawaz, Glenn Phillips did not stop and continued to score. It was undoubtedly an incredible finish by him as he carried the team to a victory in the 3rd ODI of the series against Pakistan.
